The organization was founded in 2018 by a local community leader and advocate who saw the need for more resources and support for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. The organization provides information, resources, and support to families and individuals with a focus on those who have gaps in their services or support. The organization also advocates for inclusive policies and practices that support the full inclusion of people with disabilities and mental illness in society.
