There are many ways you can contribute and make a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges or disabilities. We can't fulfill our mission without good people like you.
Volunteer support areas include:
- Send an email about people suffering from mental health issues
- Make speeches and presentations about mental health advocacy.
- Share information with friends.
- Hold office hours where you meet with youth one-on-one.
- Are you bilingual? We do outreach at events and have materials in various languages!
- Distritube information and resources at community wellness fairs.
